Léa has just graduated from the Pôle Supérieur du Conservatoire de Paris and is already spinning her songs behind her piano. Modern jazz, pop, chaâbi... she mixes it all together with mischief, guided by her heroes Brad Mehldau, the Beatles, and Fairouz.
A curious multi-instrumentalist, she also enjoys reinventing standards, infusing them with her warm voice, captivating phrasing, and a touch of whimsy that catches the ear. Before? She worked in Parliament. Then music came along, and boom! Her life changed tempo. On stage, Léa shines, tells stories, laughs, improvises... and takes her audience into a joyful bubble where anything seems possible. With Léo Rodier and Octave Potier, two aces of the French jazz scene, it swings, it vibrates, it tickles the soul.
Her first track, Chapter 2, is already everywhere. On September 22, the EP Nothing Left To Crush will be released. And in concert? Expect a shower of sparkling notes and contagious smiles.
Launched in 2012, this regular event gives young musicians carte blanche to explore, create, and share their world on stage. A promising and promising niche where creativity and excitement know no bounds.
